Put the flat side against the caseback and the curved side toward the case (this will improve purchase on the back and help prevent the tool from slipping). Stuck case back. I can't budge this case back. Using several different caseback tools - double pin, triple pin - it just won't budge. I know it's a screwback because I have other watches with the exact same case, which I've managed to open without any trouble.

The watchmaker will replace them, lubricate them, and use a tool to ensure the caseback is on tight. Or, send it to Rolex for a service.
