Having re-launched the Chronomat collection this time last year (with 32, 36, and 42mm models), Breitling is now following up with the full-fat option, the new Super Chronomat in a whopping 44mm case. Breitling is adding more time measuring capabilities to the Super Chronomat with a second watch in the form of a UTC-module on the bracelet. I have several Breitlings, all automatic, but have a quartz UTC (A70172) on an older Blackbird (A13353) which needs a battery replacement. I can open the caseback on the UTC, but am met with the quartz B70 module (like the picture on the site in the Movements section), with 2 tiny screws on top. The way I understand it it that the entire bracelet has to be purchased. My Avenger has the Professional II bracelet on it so I don't know if that bracelet can be modified to fit the UTC module. Also, it appears the UTC module (the analog version) seems to be discontinued. Actually, the modules were discontinued after the 2006 model year to be replaced by the new digital "CoPilot" module with integrated braclelet. The CoPilot, like the UTC modules, is only designed for a handful of specific models.
