A: Jomashop provides a standard 1-5 year manufacturer‘s warranty on all watches. However being an unauthorized dealer means some luxury brands will deny covering repairs forcing buyers to deal with Jomashop instead. Be aware that Jomashop currently only warrants Rolex for 2 years versus the five year manufacturer's warranty. This is as of today according to their website. Some days it's just not worth chewing through the restraints. One of the main things I hear people say is that Jomashop sells for a large discount, but that they have poor customer service and no warranty. However, when I look through Jomashop they say very clearly that every watch they sell is backed by a 1-4 year warranty depending on the model. Jomashop gave me their two year warranty on the watch and when I reported the issues (time loss/winding issues) they promptely sent me a mailing label to send them the watch for repair. They acknowledged getting the watch on July 26.

Jomashop is pretty clear that they are not an AD and they do not provide the Rolex warranty card with their watches. They do match the 5 year warranty period however. Given that the box and papers are worth a grand when you resell even past 5 years, I would never buy a Rolex from them.
